Love this floss in Thread & Floss

The colors in this set are gorgeous. An excellent variety. The embroidered floss effect is a subtle sheen added to the colour. It looks great when sewn and doesn't distract from the project. Stitched threads are visible on the antlers of the deer.

Irresistible Temptation

While I don't expect to use them often, they're perfect for adding a little chic to a project. Unlike many metallic yarns, this one is soft and easy to blend. Various effects can be achieved with this. The colors are wonderful.

DMC Special Etoile Thread

I was doing cross stitches and thought it would be good to use yarn for accents. However, it was expensive and expensive if they didn't put the thread on double-sided tape. This made the thread sticky and pulled the thread out of the ball. She had very beautiful colors. I would have liked more colors here too.

DMS is simply the best!

Bought for myself. It was the best price I found for a set. The threads are beautiful with their shimmer and shine. I also have a gold jar with new flowers. I only use DMC thread as it is the best. When I'm working on an embroidered painting for months, I want it to look its best as the painting is usually a gift for someone I love. I don't want cheap thread that gets tangled when I try to unpick it or doesn't lay flat after sewing. I have just ordered a complete set of threads from DMC. I…

Really horrible illogical packaging

Etoile yarn quality suffers badly from thoughtless DMC packaging. Each strand is glued. HARD onto a plastic card, which in turn is glued to the back of the can. When I tried to remove the filament, the DMC paper/plastic film eventually ripped out and stuck to its own and adjacent fiber strand. As I carefully pulled her out, I couldn't stop her from pulling out of the skein into a skein which then got tangled! I love the ethical colors and the unique fiber structure.
