I was pleasantly surprised by this remover. It's a lot smaller than the remover I've been using for years. When I took it out of the case it seemed a little flimsy and I didn't think it would work very well. But then I used it and this thing works great! I suck better with it than with my bigger/stronger one. I was very happy with this product. My only personal issue with this product is the size.
