This product may be cheap, but it does not work properly. It caused my printer to malfunction and print low-quality prints. I wasted time and money on this sub-par ink. The only good thing is that it is affordable, but that does not justify the poor quality that comes with it. Save yourself the trouble and invest in compatible, high-quality toner for your computer. Computers deserve better than this inadequate product.

The cartridge's chip identifies it as a high capacity cartridge, but I have had two of these cartridges in a row that have run out of toner about halfway through the high capacity cartridge. Life. This does not happen with the Xerox OEM. If you look inside a newly arrived product, it's about 1/2 full of toner, so it looks like the company doesn't have enough toner to sell more units. But even half full, it's better than an OEM Xerox toner cartridge.
