I sent this message to the customer support email address.

I sent this email to the support team on January 15th. No reply yet Hello: I bought this product from Revain. After checking, the alarm does not sound continuously while driving. It only lasts about 3-4 seconds and stops despite continuous movement. Please inform. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Operating speed

Bought (7) after 3 months ALL 7 stopped working. Shit, don't buy!

If I could give this product zero 0 stars I would, but of course I have to give it 1 star. I bought several (7) of these briefcase alarms and after 3 months all 7 stopped working. I thought they would be very useful in the office and when traveling. Biggest crap buy ever! I want my money back. TERRIBLE!

Attention buyers!: Anti-theft protection

Incredibly bad. After my wife's purse was stolen from a restaurant, I decided to invest in 6 of these devices by ordering them without reading the reviews first (breaking one of my basic rules). You are not working. that is, if a shy "beep" isn't much of a deterrent. I tried to shake, spank and verbally abuse her but to no avail. Q: Why are these poor quality products still being sold?

  • Beautiful packaging

This device just doesn't work

This device does not give a continuous alarm after arming. Sometimes he squeaks shyly, but other times he doesn't even do that. There are too many other things not worth listing as I don't want to spend more time on them. One thing that should warn potential customers is the price. A device that retails for less than $20 would be a piece of junk. I foolishly ignored this obvious precaution. Think about it and then DO NOT click the buy button!

  • Decent performance

cannot program successfully; not sensitive enough for my needs

Cannot use this device. Follow the programming instructions but the result was not as expected. That issue aside, the sensitivity of the device isn't set properly so I have to beep if someone tampers with my locker at the gym. My locker was broken into earlier. This device seems to beep for more movements than you would expect from someone searching my locker. It's a shame because it's still an unmet need. ps I am an electrical engineer with many years of experience.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Terrible but still the best out there

If it wasn't the best out there I would give it zero stars. It's loud and efficient, but has a few design flaws that put you off using it. First, it emits a loud beep when you activate it. Second, it beeps every time you press the button to disable it. Third, the device drains the batteries even when it's disabled, so it's likely to be dead by the time you need to use it. Fourth, the batteries require a screwdriver to open the unit to swap them out (wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to…
