Convenient and user friendly document management solution

I like that it's easy to use, has many features including PDF annotation (text), OCR capabilities for documents with low resolution images/fonts as well as being able to scan in color or black & white versions if desired. The software is very intuitive once you get used to how everything works; however there are some minor quirks when using certain filters which can be annoying but not enough to keep me from recommending this product - especially since they have excellent customer support atโ€ฆ

  • Easy way create folders / categories by searching through metadata tags suchas "project type"or other specific keywords.
  • Excellent document management functions alongwith abilityto add annotations onto scanned copies

Docs Bank- A Secure and Reliable Document Storage Solution

This product is very easy to use, it's affordable compared with other similar products available in market; It works well for me as I'm using this doc software during my work day at office which has helped us keep records secure from unauthorized people like hackers etc.; Nothing much that i find good about docs bank so far but still would say its worth trying out because there are no risks involved while you're testing their services before deciding whether or not they meet yourโ€ฆ

  • Need more options regarding uploads&download option.
  • There should be possibility add customizable user defined fields into database
