Programmed for 2004 Ram 2500 SLT

FOB programmed for my 2004 Ram 2500 SLT with few problems. I used my Dorman programmer from a previous order when I didn't have a remote. Now I have 2 remotes that work; Dorman + FOB of this order.

Make sure your car has self-programming before buying. Mind does not include this feature so I need professional help to program the RC. They should have stated it in the description.

Lazy dead wrong battery waste of my precious time

Come on guys. Is the dead battery the wrong type too? Radio Shack is now closed so I had to buy a battery tester and wasted about an hour of my time. Edit: I just bought another one. It's worth NOT doing it at the dealer.

If you drive a 2004 Dodge Dakota, this remote control will not be recognized by the vehicle via the OEM key fob programming steps. You need to buy an OBD2 programming adapter like the one below for them to work. Dorman 99164 Keyless Remote Control

The seller wanted a handful of cash as a replacement. This seller shipped it in just a few days for just a few bucks and it fits really snug and works great. When I had a little programming problem I called and on the third call I spoke to a REAL MAN and he got me through (my fault) It doesn't get any better

Item delivered does not match the image. Attached is a picture of the OEM FOB (left) and the item received for this order (right). This was a little frustrating since you really need to submit the same product that appears on your product page, but I was fine with that as long as it worked. Unfortunately, after several attempts to program this item, I was unable to get my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 to recognize this key fob. Not OEM as shown in the pictures. It is a fake.

Bait/Switch. The images show an OEM product with the DaimlerChrysler logo on the back (and all PNs). It's a cheaper fake. I bought this in hopes of either using my old OEM case (all the button labels have worn off) or replacing it immediately (my original became a replacement). Upon opening it I found that I couldn't easily replace the case as the OEM attached the battery to the back of the case whereas this replica attached the battery to the circuit board (and has no battery holder or metal…
