I bought the beds 2 years ago. They came with 2 sleeves, a blue jean sleeve and a cloth sleeve with little "dots" to prevent slipping. The green is definitely a true olive green and not the teal listed but luckily we have a lot of greens in our house so it works. This is a very durable mattress pad that has saved me $50 or more compared to a giant breed dog bed. I have a double size 55" x 37" foam mattress topper. Our Newfi has been happy about this for over a year. Now I'm buying another one to put the old one in the garage. As a puppy she peed on him a few times and he washed well in the washing machine. I found this to be a good thick cotton canvas that should withstand my adult dog's claws for a long time. He ended up putting two pillow-style (cheap) dog beds inside to make it bigger and he loves it for its softness. Much better than lying on the carpet.
