Doingsoon is an experiential event company that creates memorable, engaging and interactive events for brands and organisers. Our goal is always to create an experience for the audience through our experiential activities that is injected before, during and after the event. To create these experiences, we use these 6 key value elements: Gamification, Social Engagements, Food and Drinks, GIGs, Stunts and Education. We focus on core areas of conversion for our brands. We create brand activations, targeted marketing, build customer loyalty, create publicity reach and audience engagement for our customers.

Excellent Customer Service, Value for Money Products and Professional Approach

The team at doing soon are very professional in their approach with all aspects of running any type of activity from corporate workshops or seminars right up until creating bespoke experiences such as weddings! I have no complaints about anything so far - they do what they say when you hire them which makes things easy!! Simply amazing events for awesome, kind minded peeps

I've been attending doing soon since it started in London back when they were still called "doingsnow". It has grown so much over time - there's no way you can attend one of their experiences now without being blown away by how good things have got! The variety keeps us entertained but also makes sure we're getting something different each year too (which isn't easy!). Seconds to market, quality product and excellent customer service

Great team of people who know their stuff! They were able build something unique from scratch in very little time with great attention paid detail throughout all stages - they are perfectionists at what we do so you can expect nothing but excellence!! I cannot think anything negative about this project or my dealings/experience working alongside them (but then again it's not like i've met many other businesses as good!). The end result was exactly how we expected & hoped which has been hard…
