It was easy at first but then I realized that it wasn't as simple like other registrars are so now we have lots of problems with this service! They don’t answer emails or phone calls when you need help they just charge your card without telling why their system has crashed etc which makes them useless in my opinion because if something goes wrong there isn;'ts much anyone can do about anything unless its an emergency!! I like that this service offers free plans that you can use to test out what works best for your website/industry before subscribing to a paid service! There are some things i dislike about this company. For example, there has been some instances in which my billing information was not updated or changed with my info and sometimes my bill would show up multiple times in my monthly statement. I like that they have options in terms of who will be handling your transaction (you can choose from different registrars). There are some things about their website that don't look too great - it's not user friendly when registering domains. The overall service was good though. They were able to get me my new domain very quickly after purchasing through them. Their customer support team also helped with any issues I had at that time. I like that they can help you choose the perfect domain name
