Amazing Product: Camera and Photo

I carry a variety of shoulder bags from 2lbs to 10lbs and have always encountered the same issues; a) the belt slips off the shoulder b) the belt cuts into the shoulder. This product perfectly solves both problems. First, the pad is wedge-shaped, being very thick on one side and very thin on the other. This allows the strap to sit "flat" on your shoulder. Second, the dense rubberized foam is soft yet durable. It grips your clothes and prevents them from slipping while spreading the load over a…

Makes a great product so much better.

I bought this for a Domke 700-02A F-2 bag (wax brown finish). Honestly, the bag has an awesome strap design that would be good enough on its own. This is a strong but very soft strap with strips of rubber set into the fabric to prevent the bag from sliding on the shoulder and works very well. However, after reading a few reviews online I decided to give the shoulder pad a try as it had rave reviews and was very reasonably priced. I can say that the site is definitely worth the relatively low…

I like that it has a thicker border on one side.

I've had this shoulder pad for over a year now and it still holds up its form and function. I like that it has a heavier hemline on one side to sit snugly on my shoulder. But that doesn't make it fit so well on the other shoulder. The foam is pretty soft, so sometimes I just put it on the other shoulder for a while. The pillow is also a little heavy, but it needs to be so that it has the cushioning ability it has. Overall I like it and would recommend it to others with fairly heavy shoulder…

It's overrated in my opinion

I bought this after reading all the positive reviews about Revain. While this isn't a bad product, it certainly doesn't live up to its rating either. First, is it convenient? Yes, it's better than having nothing. How convenient is it? I would say 3 out of 5. And that justifies my rating. A bit of context; I bought it for my camera bag where I carry a camera, a compact camera, two or three lenses and a few other camera accessories. Total weight about 10-15lb.Pros.1. It provides an extra cushion…

Good product. Checked.

I recently went on a road trip where I walked many miles a day. I used this shoulder pad on a Merrell messenger bag. It had a padded camera compartment, a DSLR, a compact tripod, and a 24-ounce pouch. Water bottle, camera accessories (extra batteries, cables, etc.), extra shirt/socks and some groceries/snacks. It was pretty important. The camera itself weighed about 3 pounds and more than 5 with a tripod. With all my gear I would say my bag weighed just over 13-15 pounds. I originally chose…
