Excellent product / Terrible packaging

Product is excellent but the packaging is totally unsatisfactory. First, they were sent in an envelope that was too big, so the items shifted a bit. One of the boxes was missing a lid. It wouldn't make sense for me to buy it from Revain if the packaging is still that bad.
