Great for workshop and shop

Works great. It's stable enough for the bike I use (see photo). It is best to use a power tool for lifting or lowering. Love it. In addition, it is small and does not take up much storage space.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Have a good drill handy. Manual control takes very little time.

Strong enough to lift my VN1500 Classic. I had to use a few pieces of wood to level it under the frame. A modular base would be nice, but it's a great value. Overall a great product!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Unreliable

Don't use a shock absorber

This got my road bike off the ground so I could change shock absorbers. I wouldn't rock your bike on it or add height, but it works. Don't use the kick or your bike will fall like a brick and you'll have to tighten the rattling bolt.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Nothing here

Great but limited

Works well but if you have a big bike like mine (Street Glide Special) don't try to lift it all at once. And you won't use a drill to lift it. I need to use a ratchet with a handle extension. I like that it's compact and fairly sturdy, but if you want it quick and easy, get a single-handle jack.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Great not only for motorbikes but also for greasing

I was given this to help with fitting a motorbike engine back onto a bike and it works for it works to lift a bike , it works for gas tanks back to cars, etc. It's very convenient, but they're not kidding, lubricate the screw and lubricate the hinges. It's also durable, even the rubber mat has frayed and hung there.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Protection

Great bike stand: Jack Stands

I tried another stand that uses the rear stabilizers to elevate the bike. It did not work. Got this bike lift. I have a 2006 Yamaha Vstar 1100. Even at the bottom there are no frame rails, but I put a 1" block of wood under one of the rails and the bike rode straight up. Very reliable and stable. I also used a ratchet to control the elevator. Everything worked out great, I would recommend this lift.

Great Jack for the money!

I have 2 Harleys, 06 Softail Standard and '17 SG Special. I bought this jack for an oil change and recently installed a lowering kit on my Street Glide. The thing worked great! It's light enough that I can just slip under the bike and easily lift it myself. The included sock worked great, I just attached it to my Dewalt 1/2" cordless impact wrench and elevated the bike slightly.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works as advertised

First impressions are that this thing is heavy. All steel and appears to be well built. I jumped right into the test and stuck the smaller ratchet into the socket that came with the kit and it easily lifted my Triumph Bonneville T100, which weighs about 500 pounds. The bike seemed very stable and I see no reason to worry about riding it on the jack. I'd definitely tie it down and then add blocks of wood when I was ready just to be sure, but it does what it says with no drama or surprises.

Pros
  • Quality construction
