I hate it! Hair not shiny at all, like family! shine, good quality! But it doesn't do anything to my hair! I have pretty normal hair. It's very wavy and thick, but the individual strands are actually pretty thin! I just have a lot of hair! This smooths, but doesn't make the Qi glow and move! send mine back

This straightener has become my most used straightener. It makes my hair soft and shiny. It took me 15-20 minutes to straighten my thick hair. I am very happy with this straightener as it straightened my thick hair quickly and smoothly. Here are before and after photos to see the result!

I bought this based on reviews. So glad I did. Works great and heats up quickly. I have bought many more expensive irons in the past and this one works just as well if not better. An iron in the middle price range is worth it.

Edit: Although it was not a hair dryer for me, the seller contacted me and did everything right. It gets very hot on the outside but not as hot on the inside as on the outside. If you have thick hair I wouldn't do it
