2000 Ford Mustang body and finish

This product fits snugly over the clutch and brake pedals. I had to replace my old raw racing pedals. My Mustang has been with me for over 12 years and now that I'm older the stock or factory look is more appealing. Installation is tight. I used some white lithium grease and a small screwdriver to install the pads onto the pedals. This helps with the installation process as the rubber grommets are tough.

Pros
  • Package dimensions: 13.97cm L x 8.89cm W x 3.048cm H
Cons
  • Large and bulky

A good product; Easy installation

Very happy with the purchase, especially for the easy installation. One thing to keep in mind is using a hair dryer to soften the overlay prior to installation. This is important and about 30-60 seconds is enough. Take a warm pad and place it on the bottom first, then lift up one side and then slide it to the side so the other side is over the edge of the pedal. Tip: Wear vinyl gloves as the warm rubber material will come off your hands.

Pros
  • Pack quantity: 1
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Perfect grip, easy installation

This pad is excellent. My Mustang's clutch pedal was bare metal and fitted perfectly. This gives a lot more grip than a bare metal pedal. Took me about 5 minutes to get it and wasn't much hassle. Simply take a flathead screwdriver and pry up the edges of the pad while pushing down until it snaps onto the pedals. Once on it he didn't move and felt really good. Will be buying one of these for my brake pedal to replace the aftermarket bolt-on pad I used to put there.

Pros
  • Product Type: Car Parts
Cons
  • Long Delivery Time
