Perfect replacement for my 2003 Ford F-150

Perfect replacement for my 2003 Ford F-150 XLT. The item came in a well-packaged box and arrived quickly. The air door drive worked perfectly and fitted perfectly. No changes required. I connected it before installing to make sure it works and works well. It has been installed on my truck for over 3 months and has worked great. There are no noise problems at all.

Works with no problems

A 2001 Ford F-150 had a faulty door motor. Apparently a common problem. Opened up a burned out motor and it had plastic gears and didn't seem durable at all, especially for car use. The Dorman 604-205 had a stronger shaft construction (metal reinforcement and slightly less backlash than a burned out motor). The previous engine lasted 12 years, so even if this only lasts 12 years, it should survive the rest of the car.

Good replacement for motors

Nice replacement, had to do a little work to leave more room for the plug holders under the dash but that's ok as not much effort was put into it. Now one of the plastics. Holders for this replacement came broken and took pictures. Revain was really good at offering me either a free replacement or a full refund including tax and shipping. I'm in Mexico so things are slow going overseas but Revane's suggestion was great. So these guys really know how to deal with customers and it's not that hard
