Easy to install Best in Spare parts

Easy to install! You don't have to be very skilled for the installation to take a little time, like an hour or so. Installed about a month ago with no problems.

Perfect fit, quieter than OEM, easier to install than OEM, thicker materials than OEM (why even buy original when aftermarket part is so much better)

Good replacement for parts

Great product but it would be nice to know in advance that the fastener has been changed, the end result didn't change, just had to run to the hardware store for another nut as it Originally 2 nuts and a bolt were attached, replaced with 3 nuts.

Replaced defective factory assembly

Direct bolt in application Only my standard version had a bolt on the top of the assembly that used a nut to secure this version. I had to go and buy an extra screw that would fit in the pre-installed hole to attach the assembly. The bottom two are the same as the stick version. I gave away a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe.

2007 Tahoe (Rear Passenger Window)

Be sure to keep the factory parts (nuts) if you want to install them correctly. I took off a star because this replacement had a stud where the original unit had a screw and this product does not come with new hardware. Luckily I had a spare 10mm nut and was able to use it to secure the remaining bolt, otherwise it wouldn't work. It was an easy install and works as advertised at a competitive price.

Maybe you need a nut? in spare parts

Important note: This product does not come with nuts and bolts, so you must use the nuts and bolts installed on your vehicle. I deliberately mention this before my next review. I always buy Dorman products when they become available so I expect this product to last a long time. Installation on my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe was one of the easiest compared to other cars I've done. The only thing that surprised me was that in the original configuration, the upper arm was attached with a screw, but this…

A very important nut was missing

It may have been the box I received but the small package of nuts or screws was missing. I had to use nuts and bolts from a broken assembly that you remove from the car. So there is a threaded bolt hole at the top of the slider in the original OEM part, so I had the bolt from the defective part. This Dorman part has a threaded stud at the top of the stud. There were no problems with the threaded bolt, except that I didn't have a nut to put on it. And that's a metric. I had to go to local ACE…

Excellent fit and performance. Same as GM but much smaller $$$

Our 2007 Yukon's power windows and motor failed after years of childish handling. Up/down/up/down/up/down/up/down over and over again. Eventually, the window fell through in its half-open position. Needing a repair ASAP, I reached out and received a quote from our local Chevrolet dealer. After being blown away by what they were trying to charge I decided to fix it myself.
