Product looks better than new. Installation was easy - in 15 minutes everything was connected, working and ready to go. The engine runs well, mirror and body construction are excellent.

Looks and works exactly the same as the original except that the outer surface of the mounting surface is not quite flat and whistles at low speeds. I simply heated the plastic with a heat gun and let it sit flat. Since then very satisfied.

Perfect. It's exactly as expected, well built and easy to install. Came with everything I needed. If you don't know how to install it, do a simple YouTube search and you'll find plenty of videos about it. Installation took 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

The mirror itself seemed good and the instructions I found on the internet were quite easy. But the gasket that came with the replacement mirror wasn't flexible enough to hold the mirror firmly to the door. I don't know if it's losing water now (but why not?), but I do know it seems to "whistle" more than the old one. I left the old gasket and can replace the gaskets. I would be willing to spend a few bucks more for a better product if I knew it actually is better. All in all, I'm not surprised

Looks and works well but the rubber seal doesn't quite match my 2003 LX 4dr Civic. This renders the product unusable as it generates a lot of wind noise at speeds over 30mph. Unfortunately I threw away what was left of my old mirror along with the spacer so I couldn't try using the OEM spacer as some of the other reviews suggested. It arrived perfectly. I was quoted 148-287 by a "glass" company to replace my side mirror. Guess what? I made it myself for $25 including an 8mm socket wrench which you will need if you don't have the tools. It doesn't have the same extra mirror as my car, but seriously, it's a 2001 Honda. Zero chance I'll pay someone $150 to change a part like that. Countless YouTube videos online show you how to do it. The mirror on my 2001 Honda Civic was shattered Saturday night. I ordered this mirror in about an hour and it arrived Monday afternoon. Fifteen minutes later it was installed on my Civic. The only tools I needed were a flat head screwdriver to carefully remove the small triangular molding covering the screws and then an 8mm socket wrench.
