Ordered for 2003 Honda Accord. It doesn't look like it's for his car. I'll take a closer look when it gets warmer, but I don't think that's the right part.

Check Car VIN Compatibility

Removed almost everything where this part should have been installed. Not there. Stopped by the dealer and asked why my car didn't have this part installed; They asked for the VIN of my car and told me that my 2004 Honda Accord 4 dr EX didn't have it.
