Description of Double Milling Cutting Tungsten Extended

Extra Long High-density polished,superhard,wear-resistant,high temperature. The combination of Stabilizer flute geometry, carbide substrate, and AlCrN coating make this end mill suitable for use on hard materials such as steels, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys. Stabilizer flute design uses unequal spacing and variable helix angles to minimize tool vibration and remove up to three times more chips per minute than conventional carbide end mills. It produce a better finish than fewer flutes and allow for higher feed rates ,depending on the type of material being milled and the cutting depth. Aluminum chromium nitride (AlCrN) coating provides good hardness and better resistance to chemical breakdown in high-heat applications than TiAlN, TiCN, and TiN coatings.

Versatile and Strong Router Bit

Industrial and Scientific enthusiasts will not be disappointed with this purchase .Based on my observations, this versatile and strong router bit is perfect for all types of cutting needs. The tungsten material ensures DURABILITY and the double milling feature creates precision cuts. however the price point may deter some hesitant buyers. Overall, a great addition to any cutting tool collection..

Pros
  • High precision cutting due to double milling process
Cons
  • More expensive compared to other types of tungsten cutting tools

Not worth the price

Breakage within the first 10 minutes after cutting. I have the same set but bought in China and still use it. Nobody broke. This simply broke on the shaft where it was held in the collet. My depth of cut isn't even as deep as usual, only 7.5mm in wood.

Pros
  • Provides better performance than fewer flutes and allows higher feeds depending on the type of material being cut and depth of cut.
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging
