This pulley is exactly what I needed to fix my automotive engine cooling and climate control system .The pulley runs smoothly and has greatly reduced the noise coming from my engine. Ordered for my 5.7L volvo engine. The pump and pulley look new and connect easily. However, when I started the engine, the pump failed to pump water. Luckily I had a spare impeller so I put it in and now the pump is working as it should. I'm giving it 2 stars because after spending $250 I didn't have to install a new impeller which costs an additional $40.
