Correction: My printing problems were not the fault of the double D cartridges I bought but dirty printheads which my printer fixed. Now everything is in order. I will definitely continue to buy Double D brand cartridges. Good print quality and good price.

My brother MFC-J6945DW does not recognize these cartridges. I was told to replace them all with new ones (seems like a waste of time, why would I change everything to one that is blank but oh well). It still won't work. Don't waste time. Addendum: Good customer service. They contacted and offered a refund or replacement. I saw quite a lot of problems on the internet with these cartridges - First I had a problem - here is the solution - for HP8600 Officejet pro if your printer not working - Do not mix these cartridges with original HP cartridges. Replace all cartridges at once - works great - print quality is really good. I have way more ink than when I bought HP cartridges. I'm very happy - I have so much ink I don't have to worry about throwing away unused HP cartridges.
