The lack of stretch on the skirts

I liked the print Cwbls038_naturalrose and the color Cwbls038_denimblue. The fabric was light enough for summer but not for fall. It flows beautifully. Bottom. Seams at waist and hips do not stretch. They don't have concessions so I usually fit the large but will be swapping for the XL hoping it works out.
