The product arrived completely broken despite the intact shipping packaging. The pumps had cracked and the shampoo/conditioner had spilled all over the inside of the box. I could understand if the box was damaged someone might have thrown it around but the box was in perfect condition.

I have medium length straight hair. But my hair is a lot thinner than many other people's, so I'm very careful about using chemicals (I don't use a blow dryer either). I have tried many shampoos and conditioners and none compare to Dove. I've been using Dove for almost 10 years now. I have been buying Dove Shampoo for many years on the recommendation of a dermatologist. It does a good job of not irritating sensitive skin. This latest version has a medicinal smell for the first time. Not a fan. I actually prefer the previous versions which had no flavor at all.

Everything is fine. I expected more after reading good reviews. Nothing special, no different than the usual shampoo from the pharmacy. Actually, the shampoo wasn't too bad - it was thick and lathered well, but the conditioner was quite drying. I had to apply it to make my hair feel good (and I don't usually have dry hair). I would not buy again.

So I asked my hairstylist what shampoo she bought at the drugstore and she suggested this set and said it was the only drugstore brand with ingredients comparable to salon products. Now it's a shampoo for the whole family. I love air conditioners. it definitely makes my hair a lot softer than the australian one i've been using for years.

Exactly what I need. I especially like the conditioner because it has a good consistency. You can always tell how cheap a conditioner is by how thin it is, and the stuff is thick enough, which I like. It's just a cheap quality brand.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner set for years and am happy with the way my hair smells and feels. However, after last buying I was confused - it smelled like an old lady's perfume applied by an elderly woman who forgot she had just applied a few sprays - it was tough! I have contacted Dove who have admitted to changing their formula and whilst I am confident that it will still clean and condition your hair I cannot recommend this product.
