I still liked these balls

I still liked these balls. I have yet to try making them hot or cold. I used them on my legs and hips. I will try to convince my husband to use them on my back. I tried to use the wall but my technique was lacking and the ball kept falling to the ground. The dogs loved it!

Just what I needed to feel good and relax

My doctor advised me to use a cold corn can to treat plantar fasciitis, but then I saw these and decided to give it a try. I love the spiked ball - it hits all the right spots and gives a deep massage. A smooth ball is also helpful. I haven't put the hem in the fridge yet. The only problem I have is that I have to use it discreetly on my dog. They're filled with gel and I don't want her destroying them.

WOW! I'm surprised how fast they work.

These are little helpers for tense muscles. At first I was scared and didn't want to use it. For some unknown reason, they looked a bit spooky. When I finally shook it and realized there was liquid inside, my fears subsided and I took the plunge. I'm very glad I did. I have them at room temperature, cool and warm, on different parts of the back (under the shoulder blades feels really good), on the feet (spiked balls probably don't help with neuropathy, but my feet like it cool), on the back ofโ€ฆ
