The packaging was a bit odd with random stains on the brushes and the brush itself was very stiff. I prefer medium-hard brushes to soft ones, but they're really hard, so I don't recommend it if you have sensitive gums. Although the size of the brush is impressive.

This brush is amazing, I was so fed up with all these famous products like Colgate, Crest, their products are too fancy and over engineered (maybe that's how they fool people). But this brush is so simple, so hard and big enough to cover all the little nooks and crannies, it does an amazing job, very good for deep cleaning and teeth whitening. This toothbrush is for people who really want to clean their tooth enamel.
