Where has it been my whole life?! YOU NEED ONE!

Just put the ball on the floor, foot up and roll. Takes away so much pain! Couldn't believe I found this just now! When your legs get tired I just prop them up, apply lotion and rub in like in the video. Great for the ankle area!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Great for recovering from bone surgery

I had bone surgery about 2 weeks ago. My doctor advised me to use a ball to massage the bottom of my foot. I used a regular ball but it was so cold my leg cramped. I add hot water and let it overflow so the outside heats up faster. This gives me enough time to comfortably massage my leg. The texture also helps with the massage. I highly recommend it!

VERY GOOD. DON'T SEE THE DIFFERENCE YET

Love the design, you can fill it hot/cold/empty. You need a coin, a nickel is offered, but a penny is also good to screw the lid on tightly or the water will spill. I never fill more than one bottle. I've used a few times here and there and I'm fast. Not the fault of the product but laziness in using it. I use a few days when I stretch my corner / walk several hours, have you noticed a significant improvement? I'm not sure, maybe you really have to get sick a lot to feel the difference? But it…

  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
