I've had these electric scissors for 3 months and love them until they broke cutting my shirt open. The blades simply stop moving even though the engine is running. Something broke inside because I hear a rumble. So disappointed too expensive to have only the last three months I am very very upset

I had 2 of these that worked for about a month and then just stopped working. I was able to trade the first one in for a new pair but it took too long for the second one so now I'm stuck with some great electric scissors that don't work which doesn't do them that well. Update: spoke to the seller. and these scissors only come with a 30-day guarantee, so they will not be repaired or replaced.

We bought Dr. Snipper to save your hands in old age. The repetitive cutting in many of our projects can cause pain in the hands so we thought this would be a great gadget to alleviate some of the discomfort. Upon opening the Revain box, we found that it was properly packaged with multiple plastic bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit. The original packaging is a very nice box with a hinged lid.
