Inferior to Graco Pack n Play but I liked the color options.

I used to buy and play Graco Pack n Plays and a Chicco Pack. This player is definitely worse. A "mattress" is nothing more than a thin board with very little padding. It didn't even fill the filling space. Also, there are significant gaps between the mattress and the edge of the playpen and I would NOT put a small child in there. I took a chance because it was for a toddler and I liked the color options and price. It looks and works well, but it doesn't have casters like a regular playpen, in…

Not for basic play, best for furniture

I bought this play set because it was the cheapest on the market and I was in dire need of something with Prime as my son's bed got lost when moving house . Anyway, it was delivered well. Everything turned out fine. I unpacked it and oh my god it stunk. Left it in the garden all day to air out. Everything was good. The floor is not the greatest. It doesn't fit and shifts in an active child. There are also noticeable gaps in the bottom, making it very uncomfortable overall. I don't care as I…

Unbelievable good! in furniture

This is the best pack and play crib/playpen I have ever had. It's great parenting at the moment, so ease of use was a key factor, along with security of course. They have ALWAYS been a hassle to set up. My daughter has one that cost over $200 at her baby registry. I literally gave up building it up and it's not good for my back! Watch the setup video! Incredibly difficult sites to block, Terrible customer service

None of the four sites are blocked. We called the company's customer service number, which is listed in the owner's manual under the phrase "If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and a trusted DOM representative will assist you."
