I've only been using it for a few months and both PLASTIC containers are cracked. This is a poor quality product, overpriced and not durable at all. Don't buy this. waste of money.

This item was expensive but I like the design so we went for it. It worked great for about two weeks, but the first time I refilled it it broke when I turned the grinder back on.

This grinder is so neat. I use red peppercorns, they are soft and don't grind with regular coffee grinders. And it's versatile where you can use one hand or two. I took the glass version, I no longer trust plastic.

It Was Good While It Lasted. As other reviewers have said, glass is junk and breaks easily. Revain will not assist in refunding this product. If you're spending $50 on a pepper mill, look elsewhere. Very fragile, not for the everyday cook.

Didn't even get a chance to try it. Gave for the New Year. After I wrapped it up and picked it up to put under the Christmas tree, it slipped and fell about 4 inches and I heard the sound of glass breaking. Opened the package and it shattered into a dozen pieces. If he's so fragile, I don't understand how he can survive in the kitchen.

When preparing food, especially raw meat, I try to keep one hand clean to be able to process the spices. It doesn't help when most pepper mills are two-handed. This meat grinder solves that problem. Stop washing your hands two or three times just to flavor your food. It's a little tricky to operate with one hand, but anyone with a little coordination shouldn't have a problem. It was expensive, three times more expensive than most coffee grinders, but I think it was worth it.
