I needed good cookware to fry food and clean the bottom of the pan. I read a few reviews and settled on this one. Looks like I made the wrong decision. I hand washed it and brushed behind the purple part and it broke. I've really enjoyed using it so far. I started using it in early February, it didn't even last three months.

I have to say I was so excited when I received this. I took it out and washed it. The same evening I went to use it as I put it in a saucepan to stir. I was shocked. It's done like crap. We've used this about 3 times and it's been great. We liked the measuring part and the fact that you don't need a spoon stand as the spoon part doesn't rest on the counter. However, after very little use, we used it to stir spaghetti in a saucepan and the spoon just broke the handle. There was no pressure on him. Hot water only. It's a good idea, but unfortunately it was a waste of money and ended up in landfill.

No such tool! I used this "spoon" while cooking for Thanksgiving. I used it for 5 different dishes. It is so strong that you can make large spoonfuls of mashed potatoes with it. It's strong! I've used it to clean the bottom of my Oster blender and I know for a fact I've hit that metal blade many times without a scratch. And I've used it from all sides to scrape pots and pans without spilling a drop. And part of the spatula stays really vertical! I can't believe I never knew about this before…

What it is is a well designed, well made multifunctional utensil that is great for measuring, stirring, scooping and scraping. Doesn't exclude all spatulas, gauges and spoons though. smaller and bigger option, it's more valuable. A smaller variant is available, but the larger, wider version is not available.
