Limit of 2 holes max

I bought this drill bit to cut vent holes in 1/2 inch drywall. When the drill broke I was about 1/4 done. 2 holes but don't expect this bit to take all the work.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Null

Easily cut squares and holes in drywall

I used to cut all the drywall I needed to cut in a flooded garage. By the end of the day it wasn't sharp anymore but I used it for 6 hours straight. I will buy another.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Available in white only

An easy way to access the interior light box.

I had to cut out the place where the lamp box was covered, which only took a few minutes. Everything worked out the way I wanted it to and much better than trying to use the keyhole. Costs money.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • doubtful purchase for the elderly

Sharp and good cut - straight, spiral and trimming bits

I have used Rotozip to successfully cut drywall around initial mud rings. They fit my Dremel, but Rotozip is easier to work with. Others mention that these bits break, but you have to move slowly and let the bits cut. I had no problems at all, only when I got them to collide with something they weren't supposed to cut.

Pros
  • Parts and Accessories for Router
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

Garbage. Don't waste money.

Waste. I managed to cut through about 36 inch 3/8 thick drywall before it snapped in half. The second took about the same distance, although I fed it at half speed. Both tools were operated at 20,000 rpm. He just can't seem to take the heat. I don't buy Dremel tools anymore after all the crappy stuff I've come across. If you're still thinking about buying this, you'd better get some extras.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Unsafe

Reliable product but a bit confusing solution

Therefore the cutting edge does not follow the edge exactly. So if I use a sharp point to pierce a wall and move it to cut, I have to keep lengthening the piece to get more cut. In places with piping, air ducts and studs this means you have to pull the bit out a bit to avoid damaging it, resulting in the top section cutting and the bottom section failing to cut, effectively burning through friction, VERY VERY slowly. If the cutting edge reached the blade tip I'd easily give it 5 stars, but it…

Pros
  • Straight bits, spiral and trimmer bits
Cons
  • Line is shorter than other picks
