My daughter recommended this and it works great. The funny thing is that we have completely different hair types. I have used this product for many years. Recently there was a package change. This goes from the packaging to the product itself. Both the shampoo and the cream conditioner are significantly diluted with water. That's the only way I can describe it. Almost five times more product is needed to produce liquid foam. Great products for everyday use. I've been using it for about 1.5 years and my hair has changed forever. I go to the gym every day and it's great for removing sweat and dirt while leaving your hair shiny, natural and soft. Highly recommended.
