I'm 5'2, 110 and it fits my real waist (26 inches) or my hips and I can stretch it to almost double my hip size so I think it will fit size XL. This is the perfect donut tutu with no protruding waistband or skirt lining. Just a hidden matching belt covered in tulle. I had to fluff it up a bit and if I were to use it for real ballet I'd probably strengthen and smooth it out, but I don't mind if the photos look fluffy.
