Great tool with thoughtful design - Pa Pa Bear for drilling holes

I needed to cut some 4" holes in a new data cabinet and this pup did it like a badger in heat. The edge at the tip of the drill prevents it from breaking or falling into the hole. The spring helps with final penetration. Binding and pinching was very minor, and when it was, it could be remedied. Overall a great device and worth the money.

At least the screw kindly waited for the drill to stop. So be sure to check the set screws before use. I drilled a small reset onto the shaft so the set screw doesn't just sit on a flat surface. Then tighten both screws as tight as possible. more than 10 holes drilled with 0 [ZERO] problems. Hence it gets a 5 star rating, unlike other carbide tipped…
