I bought this to get rid of peeling paint on basement walls before repainting. It didn't really work for that purpose. There were only a few chips and there was very loose paint that I didn't remove that I could brush off with my bare hand. It may be suitable for other purposes, but not for removing paint. I used a giant brush to clean the bottom of the bathtub and a smaller one to create caulked tiles on the shower wall. I think this works really well to replace the extra elbow lube, but you still get the benefit of "deep cleaning training" because you're making an effort to keep the drill steady. I recommend and buy more as housewarming gifts and as part of a useful wedding gift basket.

Great product. I live in an area with very hard water which makes it difficult to clean bathrooms without lots of chemicals. I can use less cleaning product and make up for it by using these brushes to really clean. There is a brush size and style for all my cleaning needs. Really great product, makes cleaning easier and the result is like a deep clean every week.

I bought these brushes to clean my shower and they didn't help much. I was expecting them to just wipe away the suds, but it's not that easy. I used a cleanser and let it sit for a while, after which the brushes worked moderately well. All the brushes fit my drill perfectly and the product looks good. They just didn't do what I bought them for. Maybe one day I'll find another use for them, but not in my soul.

We used these brushes to recently clean a 20 x 20 foot slate patio. I used an electric drill and wheel brushes to remove the excess grout. They worked really well and I basically just used one brush for all of this (one tile at a time). It lasted all day. At the end of the day, the brush is worn out but still functional. I love them and I'm sure they will last a long time. The brushes used were "black" hard.

I've been using these brushes in the kitchen and bathroom for as long as I've had them. Different sizes make the set very adaptable for different areas. The brushes are moderately soft and did not damage surfaces. They wash off easily. After a few uses, I haven't noticed any bristles falling off or showing any signs of wear. The only downside to drill powered brushes is that they hit the brush pretty hard at higher speeds, so plan accordingly.
