This does the job of labeling garments. I would put the label where it can't come in contact with sensitive skin; the fabric is quite stiff (easier to write on) but will hopefully soften with washing.

Product is GREAT! Round off the end corners. Use a fine-tipped permanent ink marker. Print the label and then iron it on (shiny adhesive side down). "Install" the flat label by placing a small object on the flat label and holding it for a few seconds. I've been using them for years and they've held up exceptionally well for years. I don't know why other applicants have problems.

I bought this item for my dear aunt who is in a nursing home/rehab center to label all her items. It was very difficult for me to name her birthday present.
