I bought this docking station for about $12 and am completely satisfied in order to. The kit contains everything you need - except for the hard drive, of course. I've used this for several 2.5" SATA drives, a couple of 3.5" drives and a couple of SD cards on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Linux and Windows 10 systems. Everything reads and writes perfectly, no problems.
