Misleading. The shower head I received is completely different from the one in the picture. Was looking for this design. upset.

There is no switch on the shower head and our son is disabled. I really regret buying this one. I paid someone to put it on and I'm old and can't afford for someone to come and take it off. I'm sure it's a good product but I wouldn't buy it without this switch.

Very cheap and leaks around the holder's neck. I've tried everything to stop the leak and it's still dripping. I installed a gasket, even added pipe tape and more Flemsey. The plug broke when finger tightened for the 4th time trying to fix a leak. Adjusting the shower head nozzle is very easy with no option to turn it off. Overall I'm sorry.

I must have read the description inattentively. The hand shower has no shut-off. The hose is rubber only, not stainless steel as it appears in the photos. Other than that, it works for me and has excellent water flow. I bought a Change Lifestyles Safe-er-Grip portable shower rod and it works great with it.

Surprisingly I already wrote a bad review for this product but there is no answer. Wanted to return it but it broke connecting to the water supply a day after the 30 day warranty expired. The long cord is very handy, also great that it comes with a bracket so it can be used as a regular shower. Works great as the hose is long enough to help someone shower and also help them do the dishes. The hose is long enough to wash the dog in the shower.
