Great cushion. The rubber base is heavy enough not to be tossed around in the wind. The yellow color is clearly visible on grass and other surfaces upon landing.

Bigger than I thought. Too much for my Obsidian Phantom 4. When you land right over the mat it doesn't budge from the propeller disk at all. If you hover next to him just a few inches off the ground, he'll try to flap his wings a little.

Great item. Totally consistent with the advertisement. Heavy duty without being heavy. Well made and a perfect fit for my DJI Mavic. The Mavic is a bit short on the legs and sits very close to the ground. This mat protects it from wet grass and protects it from dust being blown away. In addition, the landing system makes this an easy target to identify. Easy to carry, easy to fold and relatively small. Good product, good price.

I bought this for my Mavic when I specifically take off and land on concrete. At first I thought it was too small, but after using auto-landing on the Mavic it hits the mark every time. I also did a hand landing, but I used "tripod mode" on the Mav to help me center it. The helipad has a nice rubber thickness and gives the Mavic a smooth bounce when it lands on it. It's nice to see it absorb some of the impact, especially when landing on hard surfaces. It folds up nicely into a small square and

I am very happy with this purchase. The carpet is made of strong, thick material. It's very bright, and lowering it creates a landing zone that people can easily see (and stay away from during takeoff/landing). You can either roll it up or roll it up. I was worried it might have a crease when I first opened it (it was folded). I was surprised that there were no wrinkles at all. It also has some weight so the prop wash doesn't lift the edges. I have read from other products that this can happen.

Attached is a video clip of my first (and only) use of this landing pad. Just a warning to anyone who is going to buy it. It is very sensitive to prop washing (I have a Mavic Pro). First off let me say this rug feels heavy and looks really good and one of the reasons I bought it was because it got really good reviews. But I bought it to land, not watch. When put on short thin grass, it deformed a lot and lay very unevenly, so I put it on another large landing pad (foldable with storage bag)…
