It's not all bad, an average quality purchase.

Some benefits include that the meal is tasty and that the dog will only consume it. The shipment arrived undamaged and in whole, having been carefully packaged. Has drawbacks: the picture shows a different style for the box (I was interested in trying it), but what was delivered was the same fare. i.e. the design shown on the website does not match the product that was shipped to the customer.

Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

Some advantages: I appreciated that the delivery man donated the bag of food to the first individuals he saw; nevertheless, as a drawback, the bag of food was taken. Cons: I didn't appreciate how the courier delivered the bag of food to the first persons he saw, which led to the bag of food being stolen. This was a negative aspect of the service. I was only given cardboard for packaging.

It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

It's a nightmare, honestly. The order is canceled by the supplier, support throws up its hands and throws promotional codes. Should I feed my dog ​​with promo codes? Of course, because of 4k, I will not go to court (although I should), but what happened is a direct violation of consumer protection law. The seller after paying for the goods has no right to cancel the order unilaterally. By the way, this is not the first time, it is disappointing - I will never buy from this supplier again, only
