HEAT TO PICK

WARNING, the unit I received was so hot I could smell paint boiling. Sent back and no way is this thing going to give you 300 watts.

Total rubbish in home theater

The quality control of these items is pathetic. Received my first amp and it was just dead on arrival. I called support and they sent me a replacement. The exchange worked within a few minutes. Then that failed too. I will never buy a Pyle product again.

Pretty decent for $20, sounds better than Boss or SSL

Use this little guy to drive two 6" x 9" at 4 ohms each. Great for pushing my 4 way pioneers from the 12 volt 3 amp DC adapter I connected. The best feature is the high pass filter. I wouldn't recommend using a low pass filter and subwoofer with this guy, but definitely a pair of door speakers.

it doesn't work with home audio

I have a CB radio that was in PA mode and I wanted to use this amp to make my external speakers louder. It lights up like it has power but when I plug in the left and right speakers they don't work and I know they aren't speakers because I plugged them into my radio and they work fine. My amp isn't working and I don't know what to do.

Actually just wanted to connect a cheap digital piano to get the best sound and it does what it should.

Connected to 250w Boss speakers and the sound is fine. Really just wanted to connect to a cheap digital piano to get the best sound and it does what it's supposed to and also plays any music you want to connect to it. Fair warning, if you want to use a standard power adapter contrary to the instructions, you may need to connect the orange wire to (+) as well as the red one. Black rises (-) as usual. Otherwise it won't turn on. The orange one MUST be connected to the radio to turn it on…
