Works as described. The weight gain was barely noticeable. I use it with JBL Live 100 and Sennheiser HD280 headphones. The audio is reduced from the HD280 but recently ordered replacement earpads as my stock earpads are very warning. Hopefully the new ear pads will fix the quiet sound. Overall very happy with the purchase. I would recommend these audio adapters.

These work exactly as described and were the perfect solution for my headset with no mute/volume controls. However, I have a SCUF Infinity 4PS controller and I have to push the adapter in pretty hard to keep it from slipping out - the SCUF controller's body seems to be a little thicker than the regular PS4 controllers (which the adapter adjusts for). One of the two I bought worked. new headset, and the sound is only on one side. Firmly insert the product into the controller to ensure it is fully seated. My other that works is good but still feels like the sound is unbalanced. Love how small and cumbersome it is but needs a better design on the port connector or at least better quality.
