I usually read reviews carefully. If I had done it this time, I would have realized the purchase was for one yo-yo, not three. The pictures are very deceptive and the description doesn't give a lot. There's no way I would knowingly pay $10 for a yo-yo. History lesson: read reviews carefully.

As soon as my son opened the box the light didn't work properly - one side didn't light up when used while the other side blinked on (without use). 2 consecutive days. The lights on this side are now dim and barely visible, but they still glow even when not in use. The headlights on the opposite side meaningfully started to work as they should. Extremely disappointed as this is a respected yoyo brand. What's even more frustrating is that I now have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest UPS…

Bought for my 6 and 9 year old kids. They love the glow effect and yo-yos in general when dad shows them to them. However, when they tried it themselves, they were quite disappointed. Your hands/fingers are too small to get a hard grip on the yo-yo, or the loop doesn't seem to stay in place. I was hoping that the beginner yo-yo would be customizable or have special features just for beginners to help them learn. I bought two. Now they both just sit on their desks and collect dust.

Incredible and so much fun! I bought it on a whim as I got older and reminisced when I saw the yoyo section. This Yo-yu flashes and lights up when you use it, and it's really beautiful. Now that I'm a bit older I use more expensive responsive/non-responsive yo-yos. This was an unexpected surprise. Actually I thought it was a rigid steel axle, but it's not. I was saddened to see the tiny plastic bearing around the tiny axle, so I regret not being sure of its durability. just the body. Action like a cheap yo-yo. First it came with a faint flashing light. The batteries died halfway through the yo-yo. I blame Duncan for the crappy design. The spring connecting the circuit was constantly touching the battery when the yo-yo wasn't moving. I took it apart and bent the spring a bit. Now it works great. I'm pretty bad at loops, but this one is perfect for beginners. You can walk the dog and sleep with him. All the basics. I have a great 360 loop but wanted something brighter for the upcoming Area 51 Halloween
