As a woman who values both functionality and fashion, I was let down by this athletic shoe. Despite being marketed as waterproof, my socks were soaked after just a short walk in the rain. On the positive side, the design and fit were decent.However, the lack of real waterproofing makes it unsuitable for both outdoor exercise and women's fashion. Just started wearing these so not thinking about it yet. The size is accurate for my 16w and they appear to be well made. The insoles are removable, which I like because they offer long-lasting comfort.
