I bought these as a last resort as my memory failed me. Not mine, my computer. I think. However, I've had frustrating random crashes on my old but serviceable 27" iMac. I traced the problem back to a faulty memory module based on the symptoms and then after running memory tests, which still showed errors. Same tests after installing this one memory module and the errors are gone. Nothing more really to say - they worked as they should. Fast delivery. Saved the day!

I just installed these baddies in my MacBook 13" Mid 2012 and it has had an incredible performance impact! Web pages load instantly. Everything works FAST. Spinning wheel delays. I bought the DUOMEIQI 8GB (2 x 4GB) 2RX8 PC3-12800 kit for a 2010 27" iMac with i3 processor. I upgraded to an SSD and the latest version of Windows 10 at the same time, and although the bios says it's limited to 8 gigabytes of RAM, 16 is recognized and works fine. I have a late 2013 iMac. When I opened the memory port, the existing memory was in two slots with one open slot in between. I inserted new memory cards into the two open slots and the memory was not recognized. I removed the old memory and put the new memory in the same slots and it worked fine. I added old memory to two empty slots and had the full amount of memory combined. No documentation I could find said this would happen. Memory upgrade ordered for an HP Elitebook 8540p. I first tried the version/model/brand suggested by HP Partsurfer but the memory did NOT work with the laptop. I ordered the DUOMEIQI 8GB Kit and as soon as I started it I knew I was fine. Tested with HP UEFI tools and found no errors. In fact, the benchmark performs better than expected and the laptop performs much better. They ported the memory to a similar model and it's still going. Good durable modules.
