Dissatisfied with these labels

Dissatisfied with these labels. I've been using them for years and bought 2 of these in April. I started using them a few days ago and noticed the print has faded and isn't working properly. I've used this look and white labels with black writing and never had a problem. I've opened and printed several samples with both cartridges and both are not printing in full color. I don't know how to get a replacement from Amazon, maybe Amazon or DYMO are reading this and trying to fix it. If not, then I

The protective tape is not easy to remove.

I have only used industrial grade tapes prior to this purchase and the backing peels off easily with light pressure on the tape. I needed white on transparency and this is the dymo tape that turned up when searching. It prints well, but the protective film doesn't peel off easily at all. I used the usual distraction I did and nothing happened. So I took out my razor blade to break the blade, which wasn't easy. So I tried to hollow out the backing and made a hole. When I cleaned it I was shocked

Good quality. You need several widths. The back is difficult to remove. Expensive.

Label tape is OK. I found the need for several different widths. It's amazing how much of a difference that makes. The biggest advantage of the Dymo ribbon is that it prints clearly and consistently as long as my batteries are in good condition. Weak batteries = bad marking quality. The biggest cons I have are 1. the coils are so short (23ft), 2. the backing is a little hard to remove if you have short nails, and 3. the official Dymo brand with a width of 1/4 inch is actually pretty expensive…
