Dyson Vacuum Pipe Valve, DC07 and DC14 Models Review

This fits perfectly so I have a $500 Dyson and paid $30 for it. $18 for a vacuum at a thrift store and $12 for this one. Works perfectly.

I had a dc07 that had this part gone and of course the kids don't know what happened to it or where it went so have I bought it new. It fit and worked great but now I've noticed my motor is dying on my dc07 so looks like it's time for a new Dyson after 14 years.

I'm not usually a scavenger but twice the neighbors abandoned their Dysons. I took them to see if they work. None did. So I started troubleshooting. Both had the same little jagged plastic construction disk that interfered with airflow in the same place! A neighbor apparently made a little effort to find the blockage and removed the piece. I ordered this one, put it on and my little one is thrilled to have a personal Dyson!

We somehow lost this part from our DC14 in transit. Lots in hand, lugging the vacuum cleaner through the garage? Nevertheless, he disappeared and I was at home when I noticed him. Luckily, Dyson creates great designs that don't change in production and are easy to replace. I looked through online manuals, saw this part and ordered full price here. OEM part. Dyson part.
