Dyson Soft Roller Cleaner Head Models: Perfect Fit for V10 & V11 Models – Effortless Cleaning Guaranteed Review

I recently moved into an apartment where I only have tile and hardwood floors. I also have 2 cats. My friend and I noticed frizzy hair and dirt everywhere. It drove me crazy! Then we got this attachment and OH, MAX, GACH, it all went away! This really is the best thing ever.

Sorry. I have to buy the whole set including this head; However, I only received the animal version. So I end up having to get this head separately at a higher overall price. The head works very well with the Animal Wand v8.

I bought a Dyson 8 Animal Plus on sale from Costco. The price couldn't be beat, but this accessory was not included. It had a standard vacuum brush head. The problem with the brush head is that it's great for thick carpets, but it doesn't work very well on floors and if you have longer pile carpets it tends to suck. them on and off automatically. I have the Dyson Cycling v10 version from Costco which means it does NOT include a hardwood floor brush. The brush that comes with it is very hard and I'm afraid of scratching the wooden floor with it. The standard brush also doesn't do well with hardwood and leaves a lot behind. Let me first say that I like our Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner. We have three dogs and a combination of wood and carpet floors. For the past two years, the V8 has done its job pretty well. The "fluffy soft" roller was the perfect accessory for the V10 Animal. The V8 and V10 use the same part number so you can save $30 by purchasing the one listed for the V8. I read that a previous reviewer claimed that the roller doesn't pick up flakes like Cheerios or Froot Loops, but I'm not sure how they can make such a claim. Like some others here I made the mistake of buying a Dyson V8 in animal configuration to save money. This could possibly be a great idea. if you do not have hard floors such as parquet or tiles. The problem is that the attachments included in the animal model kit are designed to clean carpets and scratch hard floors (especially hardwood).
