Dyson Torque Motorhead V11 Models Review

I am delighted to be able to purchase this replacement part for my Dyson V-11. I use it every day and I want to extend the life of my typewriter. It arrived earlier than promised.

This thing works better than the original but looks almost the same. The original broke due to overuse from the wife with OCD lol. She threw them against too many walls.

This is a replacement part. The original part did NOT last the life of the vacuum cleaner. The item has been out of stock for a while and the reviews and stories on YouTube lead me to believe this is a common problem - the weakest link.

It has great suction power but many parts are made of thin plastic and break very easily. I had to replace my vacuum cleaner head and it cost $100. But most importantly, you call customer service and internal agents are waiting for you. Not worth the price!

This motor head is already the third one I have bought. They are so poorly made from cheap plastic that they eventually break. The motor that spins the head will eventually fail and you will need to replace that head. As this is the third motor head I have bought and the vacuum is not used once a day this is a poor design and Dyson should not charge for a product they know is defective.
