Great user friendly platform with many options

The ease of use, the ability to have multiple accounts for different departments within our organization. It's easy to navigate through all areas of the site. I like that it is able to pull in information from LinkedIn as well as other social media platforms. Sometimes you can't find what you are looking for if there isn't an exact match or synonym used when searching. We've been using this software since May 2018 and haven't encountered any issues yet.   • Having access via mobile devices make accessing your data easier than ever just log onto Google Drive account then download directly without needing desktop version installed first (my preferred method)
